Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following situations:

Damaged item: The product arrives damaged or defective.

Incorrect size: A different size is delivered than the size ordered.

Incorrect product: A different color, design, or product is received than what was ordered.
Exchange Guidelines

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories attached.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, along with clear photographs showing the issue.

Return or exchange shipping costs will generally be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item being shipped.
Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only to orders that are successfully cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period and before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, refunds are not available. Eligible customers may request an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
